Examen al otorgamiento de microcrédito para la optimización de la gestión operativa del banco nacional de fomento sucursal El Empalme periodo 2010

This research project is aimed at a consideration to granting microcredit National Development Bank Branch The Junction, being an entity Impulsadora through microcredit, the addition to the socio-economic development and sustainable micro-credit subjects, by improving their income, capitalization of their companies, increased levels of productivity, competitiveness and thereby reducing poverty and improving quality of life. This test will determine the optimization of operational management through measurable performance indicators for making the efficient management of such entity, taking as an example the development of 2010. The purpose of this research project is to conduct a thorough examination in the operative management, revision of laws, regulations, rules, procedures manual and all documentation in 2010, we provide the basis for obtaining identified deficiencies or irregularities as a result of the application of test procedures. Based on the aftermath of the exam originates implement the proposed alternative performance indicators for the department of microcredit for optimizing the operational management of the National Development Bank Branch The Junction, this proposal should be submitted to the branch manager for subsequent implementation and monitoring, all with the purpose of solving the problems that have been identified and thus provide effective service, enabling efficient and effective optimization of operational management.
