Evaluación al sistema de control interno de vehículos y maquinarias para optimizar la gestión administrativa del gobierno autónomo descentralizada del cantón La Mana en el periodo del 2010

The object of the research present was to evaluate the Intern Control System in Machine and Vehicles for to improvement the Administrative Management of the Municipal Decentralized Autonomy Government to The Manna Canton in the year 2010, for effect it is formulate: to apply the Ordinance “Machine and Vehicle Administration, Maintenance, Control, Use Regulation of the Municipal Decentralized Autonomy Government to The Manna Canton” in the evaluation in the Intern Control System; To elaborate a FODA analyses to the Intern Control System in the Machine and Vehicles; To diagnose the faults in the services and products acquisition process for the machine and vehicles maintenance; To proposal actualizations of the Intern Control System, with the Accord No. 007-CG, “Publics Sector Vehicles Maintenance and Uses, and the Substitutive Regulation for the Public Sector Wealth’s Administration and Management”. The problem principal which was identify was the faults in the Intern Control System in the Machine and Vehicles of the Municipal Decentralized Autonomy Government to The Manna Canton, generating efficiency level low of the Administrative Management of this Sectional Organism, caused by the intern control limitation, caused by the fault document guide to the intern control in the Administrative Management of the machine and vehicle. For this reason, the administrative and countable personal, say which is necessary the elaboration of to procedures manual of intern control, for to improvement the Vehicles and Machines Administration in the Municipal Decentralized Autonomy Government to The Manna Canton, which it is based in the Accord No. 007 of the State General Account and proposal like control politic, the compliment evaluation of the estimate and the aspects of the vehicles maintenance and use in the time minors to the year, moreover to establish combustible consume parameter, and source, and recourses, for to realize the control based in the control standard.
