| الملخص: | The 5S methodology, recognized for its effectiveness in continuous improvement, was applied in the company Agrolaya S.A. through an analysis of your current situation. The objective was to identify deficiencies in the work areas and develop an action plan to improve the processes related to order, cleanliness and continuous improvement. The implementation of the 5S was not limited to the work environment, but it is also a habit that is used a lot in daily life, but it would also focus on work, on practices such as order, cleanliness to maintain discipline, and create an adequate and safe environment, which would guarantee security in the company. During this process, benefits were observed for both the workers and the company, by achieving more organized and safe work areas, which resulted in the prevention of accidents and a productive environment. It was possible to reduce tool search times, reduce the incidence of accidents and labor incidents. The adoption of 5S became a deeply rooted practice among employees, strengthening their commitment and participation, creating a solid organizational culture. It should be noted that 5S are part of the widely used Lean Manufacturing methodology. In conclusion, the implementation of the 5S in Agrolaya S.A. promoted results in organized work areas, occupational safety, time reduction, and accident prevention. This initiative strengthened the participation and commitment of employees, generating a culture based on excellence and continuous improvement.
