Incumplimiento del estado respecto de la protección integral de los adolescentes infractores

The present Thesis titled Breach of State for the Comprehensive Protection of juvenile offenders, the stated goal was the reform of Article 193 by adding a numeral of the Code of Children and Adolescents was conducted following the guidelines given by the University Quevedo State Technical School of Law. Proceeded to an analysis of the problem, the history of research, teaching, law, law and comparative law research topic, to formulate the hypothesis and define the field research. In the theoretical framework, it became a law of the subject of study, which determines the inefficiency of the State Comprehensive protection measures to juvenile offenders. The field research by surveying studen of Canton Quevedo and abogation with the judges of the Family, Women, Children and Adolescents of the Provincial Court of Justice of the Rivers and Latacunga, Cantons de Quevedo and Mana respectively, I served to get to show that the hypothesis is positive. The law firm of juvenile offenders and the field research and the methods used, conclude that it must amend Article 193 of the Code of Childhood and Adolescence adding an item to ensure the effective enjoyment of the full protection that have children and adolescents, in chapter V and VI develop conclusions and recommendations and the proposal
