El riesgo del interno en la gestión comercial de la empresa don alberto litardo, cantón Quevedo, año 2012

This research was conducted at the Don Alberto Litardo trading company , located in Canton Quevedo, Los Rios Province in Boardwalk # 622 and Seventh Which was aimed at assessing the risk of internal control specifically in the commercial management of the company. The work began with the verification of the efficiency of methods of internal control in business operations , showing the form and procedures in the process of the daily operations of the company, then proceeded to measure the reliability of financial information, with the which their truthfulness and reasonable safety was determined in addition to the contribution of this decision- making. Similarly, the compliance and obligations to which the company is subject identifying their legal obligations was examined. Because of the risk involved and the importance of an adequate internal control system the need for senior management of the company and other staff fully the importance of internal control , understand their impact on the results in commercial management was determined. The trade has a low level of knowledge of internal control , methods and procedures to achieve the objectives , just as no financial statements showing the current economic situation and make appropriate decisions possible , there is a need also need agilité trained counter and prevent any legal risk that could result in the company
