| Sumari: | The current research focuses on administrative management and its impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of the drivers' union in the Buena Fe canton. Administrative management plays a crucial role in the management and supervision of activities to achieve strategic objectives and optimize resources. The research addresses administrative management, with the purpose of balancing effectiveness and efficiency in employee activities, and how it affects communication and teamwork. The objective is to determine the administrative management and its effect on the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations of the workers of the Union of Professional Drivers of the Buena Fe canton. The research is quantitative-qualitative; the methods applied are deductive, inductive, and descriptive, a diagnosis was made by applying the SWOT technique and Ishikawa Diagram to identify the causes and effects of the problems of administrative management, interview guide and questionnaire, the study population was 197 members and employees. The results showed weak administrative management due to poor effective communication and individualized leadership in which the partners do not participate and show little commitment. In conclusion, administrative management requires dynamic changes and strategies to improve for the benefit of the members. Key words: Planning, communication, efficiency, management, members. |
