Gestión del talento humano y su incidencia en la atención a los usuarios del "camposanto jardines de El Empalme", año 2023

The objective of this research "Human talent management and its impact on the attention provided to users of the Jardines de El Empalme Cemetery, Year 2023" is to analyze the impact of human talent management on the attention provided to users of the Jardines de El Empalme Cemetery. The effective management of human talent is essential for successful operational performance and customer peace of mind, where individualized attention and quality of service are key elements. In this research, a detailed analysis of the literature on human talent management and customer service excellence was conducted. The research is of a qualitative and quantitative nature and was based on inductive, deductive and analytical methods. Techniques such as interviews and surveys of employees and users of the Cemetery were used, the population under study was 196 people, the instruments used were interview guides and a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results allowed affirming the weaknesses in inadequate procedures in the human talent management processes, which affects the dissatisfaction of the users, it is concluded that there is poor communication, coordination, motivation and training reflected in weak leadership, which affects human management that can contribute to the generation and development and achievement of satisfied users. Human resources policies focused on professional development and staff welfare are recommended to ensure a satisfactory and respectful user experience in such a sensitive environment.
