Propuesta para la creación de una empresa de servicios consultora en gestión y prevención de riesgos del trabajo para la industria metal mecánica en el Cantón Quevedo Provincia de los Ríos, año 2014

The structured collection of rules, procedures, actions and recommendations that define the objectives and allocation of responsibilities at different hierarchical levels of a company are aimed at the prevention of occupational risks, to ensure the management of the elements that influence different processes. In the metalworking companies primarily in the areas of production there is much disorganization with materials, work inputs left haphazardly, this is why there is no signaling must go where the materials. No safe handling of materials, workers know the danger but do not take any precautions, in the cellars there a good supply of gloves, bibs, in the metalworking section, and at all times they are manipulating sheets cutting tool, this is due to the lack of a culture of risk prevention work This research was aimed to develop a proposal for the creation of a management consulting firm and prevention of occupational risks for mechanical metal companies Quevedo Canton. To achieve this objective a situational to the importance, influence and management of occupational risks within the metalworking industry diagnosis was made, the production lines was assessed in various production processes, to determine the actual need to hire the consulting service for the prevention of occupational risks.
