Auditoría de gestión y su incidencia en la rentabilidad de la empresa sixmagricola S.A. cantón Quevedo año 2012

This project of investigation is focused on Auditing process where we can observe the mission and vision of the company as well as the analysis FODA that let clearly distinguishes the fulfillment of the objectives of the company. Similarly it is developing the theoretical framework based on books brochures and internet, that allowed developing an audit process, this allows verification by the management of the company as it developing administration because through these is manages to define the progress of the company. Besides these points is also developed the research methodology, which is very important because specific in what way this work is done, how is based and which points are used to make conclusions and recommendations to make this work. Then the results were made the same which are reflected in the objectives of this research demonstrating that in order to obtain was performed internal control questions prepared in accordance with the COSO standards, and other research is reflected indicators where possible to reach matrix to carry the findings.
