Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un complejo turístico en el sector San Pablo de la parroquia La Esperanza, Año 2013.

This research aims to develop a feasibility study for the creation of a resort in the San Pablo, Parish "La Esperanza". For this it has elaborated a market survey with their respective market analysis and strategies, a technical study which establishes the necessary requirements, an environmental study to determine the potential environmental impacts that would attract this project and finally a financial study indicating the profitability of the implementation of the same. According to market research in this feasibility study, the potential demand of the resort id 93%, an offer is 16.45% and 83.55% unmet demand was determined. Based on these data arises for the first year an offer of 3.90% from the resort "Martha Cecilia" and the same annual increase by 0.45%. Besides marketing mix strategies such as the variety of services are indicated as are the use of the pools, restaurant, cabins (ballroom, hammocks, table games, karaoke), San Pablo river, picnic area and sports fields, etc; and promotions through social networks, radio and discounts on special days to thereby increase sales resort. While in the Technical Study, the dimensions of each of the service areas mentioned above and production costs, administrative and selling expenses needed were established to carry out the execution of the project….
