Descrição
Resumo:This study was conducted at the Experimental Farm "Dam" of UTEQ, located at a height of 73 m in an area of tropical rain forest. The research aimed to obtain patterns rootstock vigor and good health through the use of bio-stimulants as a basis for the production of cocoa seedlings nursery level. T1: Nine treatments were evaluated. IMC-67 standard + NPK, T2. IMC-67 standard + NPK + YARAMILA, T3. IMC-67 standard + NPK + ALBIOROOT, T4. IMC-67 standard + NPK + CITOKIN, T5. IMC-67 standard + NPK + EVERGREEN, T6. IMC-67 standard + NPK + PLUS NAYOGA, T7. IMC-67 + pattern YARAMILA. and two witnesses, T8. Witness 1. Without applying fertilizer (IMC-67) and T9 Witness 2. Without applying fertilizer (CCN-51). All treatments were distributed through a design randomized complete block (RCBD) with three replications. The variables evaluated were: plant height (cm), stem diameter (mm), number of leaves (No.) Intensity of green color (I: 1-3), the intensity of sprouting (E: 1-5) and Witch Brooms number (Count). Each variable was measured on a fortnightly (15. 30 and 45 days after planting). All variables were subjected to analysis of variance and Tukey test P≤0.05 for the statistical difference between treatment means The results highlighted that the increased plant vigor at 45 days occurred in the pattern IMC- 67, as the largest diameter (4.0 mm). The control treatment had the highest number of leaves (25.5 sheets); while the intensity of the color of leaves was higher in the CCN-51 clone without fertilizer. The IMC-67 pattern or CCN-51 clone presented seedling mortality. The IMC-67 pattern with and without fertilizer application showed susceptibility to the presence of witches' broom like the CCN-51 clone with rates between 0.7 and 1.6 on a scale of 1-3.
