Able to identify the cost of storage of dead stock in many cases cause losses if not identified in time could be considerable and that directly affect profitability. Mundoffice, in its financial statements the inventory account representing 52% of total assets, an important amount so to be analyzed properly managing this account, the administration with clear policies allow staff to run their processes and achieve thus deliver clear results in time for the decision of the General Management. |
