This magazine is intended to contribute to improving the information space of the Autonomous Government Decentralization, ie, no, just, be adults that are reported, but also the children, so that in this way do not miss the customs of our ancestors that shaped the development of the canton. For GAD is very important this magazine, seen, that it will keep the community informed of all aspects inherent to the council. For the implementation of this project will have the support of the mayor, which has a total investment of $ 21,252.70; a NPV of $ 28,892.08 and an IRR of 63%. |

For the implementation of this project will have the support of the mayor, which has a total investment of $ 21,252.70; a NPV of $ 28,892.08 and an IRR of 63%.La presente investigación denominada “Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una revista informativa en el GAD del Cantón El Empalme, año 2014”, ha sido desarrollada metodológicamente, diagnosticando la situación actual de los habitantes de viven desinformado de la actividades de hace el señor acalde en mejora del Cantón. Tiene como objetivo determinar la factibilidad técnica-económico-financiera para la puesta en marcha de una revista informativa sobre las actividades desarrolladas en beneficio de los ciudadanos del Cantón con el fin de contribuir al desarrollo del Buen Vivir. Con esta revista se pretende contribuir a la mejora del espacio informativo del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado, es decir, que no, tan solo, sean las personas adultas las que se informen, sino, también los niños, para que de esta forma no se pierdan las costumbres de nuestros ancestros que forjaron el desarrollo del Cantón. Para el GAD es de mucha importancia esta revista, visto, que en ella se mantendrá informada a la comunidad de todos los aspectos inherentes al cabildo.
