This research addresses the problem of stress and anxiety in adolescent students of the “República de Alemania” Educational Unit, examining how educational guidance can positively influence their management. Using a psychoeducational approach, strategies were designed and applied to strengthen emotional self-regulation and the students' integral wellbeing. |
