Metodología De Gestión De Microcuencas Hidrográficas Para El Aprovechamiento De Agua En Forma Permanente Y De Calidad En Zonas Rurales

The management of watersheds has become one of the most important tools for the protection, conservation, use and use of natural resources, conservation, use and use of natural resources, especially the water resource, due to the scarcity and contamination of this vital liquid so indispensable for the survival of living beings that is generating conflicts and disputes over its dominion. For this reason the objective of the present investigation is to propose a methodology of management of micro watersheds, through a bibliographical research, that allows the use of water in permanent form and of quality in rural areas. In this research the methods of analysis and synthesis were used; and deductive - inductive, through documentary and bibliographical revision of scientific articles, texts, regulations related to the management of watersheds and the use of water, from countries such as Argentina, Costa Rica, Cuba, Mexico, Ecuador, among others, obtaining as results that the common elements for a methodology of management of micro watersheds are: Preparation, Planning, Execution; and, Control and Evaluation, as well as the characteristics of a micro watersheds to perform any type of study are: location, area, climate, temperature, altitude, river flows, annual precipitation, vegetation, soil types, water uses, population to serve and environmental problems. The proposed methodology is made up of four phases, fourteen processes, sixteen subprocesses and four decision making, which is presented in a properly structured grass flow.
