Among the results it was observed that inventories are handled on the fly.El trabajo de titulación ha tenido como objetivo principal determinar cómo se maneja la valoración de inventarios a través de una entrevista para identificar un requerimiento a ser intervenido y presentar una propuesta o alternativa de solución a esta necesidad, se ha partido con ello en vista de que la empresa OROBICICLETAS S.A presentan inconsistencias en el inventario y de ahí que se haya indagado en diversos autores coincidiendo en que una de las mejores opciones es modernizar y tecnificar esta área, esto conjuntamente con la capacitación del personal contable significan la mejora o el fracaso empresarial. En la metodología, se utilizó la investigación exploratoria que permitió obtener los resultados a aplicarse con la investigación de campo, los instrumentos planteados fueron: la observación y la entrevista, tuvieron como finalidad poder verificar a través de observación directa el manejo de los inventarios y por medio de entrevistas corroborarlo.
