Résumé:The present investigation on the organic fertilization of the beet cultivation (Beta vulgaris) with the variety Crosby egyptian is carried out it in the Experimental Farm Santa Inés, of the Ability of Agricultural Sciences of the Technical University of Machala; the objectives outlined in the investigation were: 1. to establish the answer of the organic fertilization in the beet cultivation, 2. to Determine the treatment of more yield, and 3. to Carry out an economic analysis of the cultivo.se evaluated variables as; I weigh, longitude, diameter of the fruit, height of the plant, number, longitude, wide of the leaves and yields. The fertilizers or payments applied them to him in parcels fixed at random in a design of blocks with four repetitions.
