Metodología aplicada para la planificación de la logística del suministro de materiales para la construcción de proyectos de viviendas sociales.

In the aspect of the logistics, small and medium-sized construction companies have difficulties in the logistics of materials, failures in materials acquired, shortages of materials in stock, deterioration at the time of the transportation, among others. The objective is to propose a methodology for planning the logistics of the supply of materials for the optimization of resources in the construction of social housing projects through research in scientific articles. The methodology used was the theoretical method, inductive method, the deductive method; that allowed to reveal the fundamental characteristics of logistics in a specific area of the town. For obtaining the information was established the interview and data logging. It is concluded that the logistics function is responsible for the management of the physical flows because it directly manages the purchase of materials and the distribution divided between the "purchase"; "distribution" and "return". Activities that involve the movement of materials presents two processes: purchase of materials and distribution of supply of materials. The proposed methodology shows an integrated process that offers greater speed of supply of materials on site, with minimal costs. It is recommended that future research on the risks that are generated during the management of the logistics of materials. Implement management policies for purchasing and logistics of the supplies for the building industry. Keep track of the socializations and receiving each of the problems that were exposed in each phase of the management.
