Streszczenie:The "St. Vincent" farm is located in the rural area of the site “The Plum”, on the old road to gold Manabí 3 km from the parish of Palmales in Arenillas Canton province of The Gold, that is located at coordinates UTM latitude: 9607560,394 and longitude: 599965,655, that according to to the area of life natural Holdridge test site corresponds to thorny Mont Tropical (Mt-T). The objectives were: 1. Determine the best of the three systems of sowing for the melon Edisto 47; 2. Determine the response of melon 47 Edisto to the application of different physiological regulators; 3. The economic analysis of each treatment. The studied factors were planting systems (factor A: traditional, traditional system more humus and transplantation) and bioestimulantes application (factor B: witness, oligosaccharides, regulatory complex and acid gibberellic), where were obtained 12 combinations and executed them with four replicas, getting 48 experimental units. The evaluated variables were: number of plants alive (to planting), days to the flowering, days to fruiting, number of fruits (totals and harvest 1, 2,3 and 4), weight of fruit, fruit diameter, fruit length, quality of the production (first, second and third category), phytosanitary control (number of live plants at harvest) and economic analysis. In the test used a statistical model of blocks at random pursuant factorial 3 x 4, and the comparison of classes using the test of Tukey which was supplemented the analysis of the index numbers, the data were processed through the computerized statistical program MINITAB 14. Sowings systems were not highly significant in the study of their media squares for the number of live plants in planting, the third and fourth variables harvest. While the effect of the B factor (bioestimulantes) was not considered significant in assessing the variables of number of live plants in the planting, the second harvest, while for the fruit significant single was diameter. The interaction of the studied factors cuantific in a meaningful way to the variable days to the flowering, fruiting, harvest, production in the third, fourth harvest and in the production of the three category in the quality of fruit. The best system planting was the transplant, which presented a net profit of $. 6 682,12 corresponding to a 2,27 B/C relationship and a profitability of the % 127,22, while to the oligosaccharides was product bioestimulante that made a difference over the other, and economically paid a net profit of corresponding to a relationship $. 4 044,43 B/C 1, 77 y a return of 76,90 %
