Thus the dried bananas are an alternative business that is profitable, reliable and secure. Currently the first world countries have the need to consume healthy food, nutritious and there is an eating disorder that is affecting all social classes. The project is aimed to give a new business opportunity, since in our province has an abundance of healthy banana production and good quality. The market threw us an increase of 59 % dried banana from the United States and the European Union. Our product will have a presentation of 500 g, presentation of our product will be 500 g, product cost and dehydrated is $ 0,63, in the markets of USA and the European Union through a market study are willing to pay $1,60 per our product. |
