The results of the Assessment of ammonia nitrogen in the different sampling sites, demonstrate a high lagoon water pollution Huayla, evil pretext served water management, solid waste and wastewater discharges, being the most critical points in the end of the estuary (C1, C2 and C3) are the confluence point where more people. The results of the Assessment of nitrate at different sampling points, the results indicate that there is the Eutrophication water. Nitrate values exceeded the maximum permissible limits in the middle and end of the estuary Huaylá. Regarding the assessment of the estuary petticoat nitrite levels Huayla , these exceed the permissible limits at points C1 and C2. Phosphorus values exceeded the maximum permissible limits at points C1, C2 and C3. By algae analysis indicated the presence of 3 varieties of algae are the diatoms, and dinoflagellates Cyanophytas. |

By algae analysis indicated the presence of 3 varieties of algae are the diatoms, and dinoflagellates Cyanophytas.El presente trabajo de investigación se lo realizo para identificar los niveles de los compuestos nitrogenados y fosfatados que se encuentra el Estero Huaylá, se plantearon los siguientes objetivos: Determinar la incidencia de fósforo y nitrógeno amoniacal en el Estero Huaylá del cantón Machala y el Análisis de los parámetros de poblaciones de algas y su correlación con los niveles de nitrógeno y fósforo presentes en el estero Huaylá. Los resultados de la Valoración del nitrógeno amoniacal en los diferentes puntos de muestreo, demuestran que existe una alta contaminación del agua del estero Huaylá, pretexto del mal manejo de agua servidas, desechos sólidos y descargas de aguas residuales, siendo los puntos más críticos en la parte final del estero (C1, C2 y C3) son los puntos donde hay más confluencia de habitantes. Los resultados de la Valoración del nitrato en los diferentes puntos de muestreo, los resultados nos indican que existe una Eutrofización delas agua. Los valores de nitrato sobrepasan los límites máximos permisibles en el centro y final del estero huaylá. En cuanto la valoración de los niveles nitritos enagua del estero huaylá, estos sobrepasan los límites permisibles en los puntos C1 y C2. Los valores fosforo sobrepasaron los límites máximos permisibles en los puntos C1, C2 y C3. 5.
