Water analysis was carried out in some sectors of the El Macho estuary to determine the concentrations of the arsenic and lead metals in their waters, based on the results of the analyzes given in the Las Katyas Sector where the maximum concentrations were determined. 0.13mg / L and 0.06mg / L for As (arsenic) and Pb (lead) respectively, these concentrations exceed the maximum permissible limits established by Book VI Annex 1 of the TULSMA, that is why a proposal was prepared for the treatment of the metals As (arsenic) and Pb (lead) in the waters of the Las Katyas sector of this estuary through the microalgae of the genus Thalassiosira and Tetraselmis, this treatment plant is mainly constituted by a microalgae cultivation plant, a primary lagoon and a stabilization lagoon, it should be noted that previously based on an experimental investigation, the capacity of these microalgae for the absorption of the metals As (arsenic) and Pb (lead) present in the water. |

Se realizó análisis de agua en algunos sectores del estero El Macho para determinar las concentraciones de los metales arsénico y plomo en sus aguas, basados en los resultados de los análisis dió que en el Sector Las Katyas fue donde se determinó las concentraciones máximas que fueron de 0,13mg/L y 0,06mg/L para As (arsénico) y Pb (plomo) respectivamente, estas concentraciones sobrepasan los límites máximos permisibles establecidos por el Libro VI Anexo 1 del TULSMA, es por eso que se elaboró una propuesta para el tratamiento de los metales As (arsénico) y Pb (plomo) en las aguas del sector Las Katyas de éste estero a través de las microalgas del género Thalassiosira y Tetraselmis, esta planta de tratamiento está constituida principalmente por un planta de cultivo de microalgas, una laguna primaria y una laguna de estabilización, cabe recalcar que previamente basados en un investigación experimental se identificó la capacidad que tienen éstas microalgas para la absorción de los metales As (arsénico) y Pb (plomo) presentes en el agua.Machala : Universidad Técnica de MachalaJaramillo García, Fernando Vladimir2018-04-05T18:15:37Z2018-04-05T18:15:37Z2018info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesis89 p.application/pdfJaramillo Ramos, R.
