I believe that being the issue of domestic violence, an issue of priority, should be established in the law of violence against women and the family, a single procedure for judging the physical, sexual or psychological violence to penalize with imprisonment to all forms violence against women and the family, and leave in the past, the need to resort to other standards such as the penal code or manual procedure for handling cases of domestic violence at police stations for women and the family to punish physical violence. |
