Besides saying that the current system has fulfilled its useful and functional life. The Autonomous Municipal Government Decentralization of Santa Rosa Canton, Company potable water and sewerage (EMAPA SR.) Of Santa Rosa Canton and the Autonomous Government Decentralized Parish La Avanzada, knowing growth of the parish have provided the respective collaboration, to make a proposal to solve the problem in question. The design of the study and design of this project on our part, is founded as a support for the parish community, the province and the country; besides being a prerequisite for obtaining the title of Civil Engineer, after supporting the project requirement. |
