Streszczenie: | This research involved, collecting plant material Ecotypes pinion to form a seed bank and allow future study of this plant that is considered very important in the production of biofuels. This phase is concretized in the following objectives: 1. Collect 10 ecotypes pinion ecological zones of the southern region of Ecuador multiply vegetatively. 2. Determine the vegetative growth of cuttings and seeds for 180 days. 3. Establish productive potential, through the propagation of seedlings.Statistical analyzes of data using the mathematical model of completely randomized design, no significant variances to register variables, emission of shoots, leaves per shoot and plant height, leading to the decision to accept the null hypothesis, at least in this short phase of life planted in the nursery, expecting different results in the final field crops. The number of outbreaks, size and weight of the stakes of the 10 ecotypes were not uniform throwing pinion significant differences from the baseline. The relative variability in decreasing was 40.5% by weight of the stakes; 23.9% for the size in centimeters and 17.39% for the number of outbreaks. In the study period the shoots emerged from the poles at a rate of 0.118 shoots straight days abalizados by high coefficients of determination R2 and 180 days there were 23 to 27 shoots per plant without reaching averages of different ecotypes. The emission of leaves among the 15 to 90 days did not record significant differences between the averages of echo types and shoot height was homogeneous data 60 days, decreasing, being replaced by others in which further growth was observed no measurable through the techniques of linear fit. |
