El control de inventarios y su impacto en los procesos contables del Agrocomercial Jean Marlon de propiedad del Sr. Marlon Heleodoro Romero Ruiz de la ciudad de Santa Rosa

This thesis was conducted with the main objective of conducting a Control Design Manual Accounting for Mining Production “Jean Marlon” of Mr. Marlon Heleodoro Romero Ruiz of Santa Rosa Canton, dedicated to the extraction of Gold This thesis consists of five chapters in which we investigated various topics, which helped the company to have an efficient accounting control, and effective transparency in the financial statements. The first chapter discusses the problem +facing society in their daily work, they pointed the research topic and its respective approach which deepened the contextualization, critical analysis, prognosis and the formulation of the problem concerning the delimitation of the object of Research, justification, and through this process discusses the problem that the company presents the causes and effects, which is a better solution for the company and thus achieve the goals and objectives of the company. The second chapter consists of the background research, the legal basis on which check is required as this problem occurred in the company and their respective variables. The third chapter covers the methodology used in this thesis, the research approach to the research process, so we proceeded with the same basic method of research, population and sample, operationalization of variables, the plan for collecting and processing Information. The fourth chapter sensed observation, analysis of surveys of professional accountants and interview those involved in society, the interpretation of their results with graphical representations, just as the verification of the hypotheses, the Just as the conclusions and recommendations in order that the company has a good control reliable and timely accounting controls. The fifth chapter deals with the proposal of a Manual Inventory, which disclosed the whole process that the company needed to implant this Manual, to help fulfill the mission and vision that has been proposed for the future.
