Proper use of all existing tools currently predicts a path of success for educational management and quality of services offered to the community at large. Systems development can cover all stages of any educational institution, from the administrative operation, administration and academic management down to the basic level of education to find a solid model to improve services, develop human potential and take maximum computing resources of educational institutions. The main objective of this research work is: To determine the influence of the limitations of ICT as a teaching resource in teaching - Learning of Freshmen High School of Nueve de Octubre National College of the City of Machala. 2013 - 2014 in the aforementioned school are certain shortcomings such as inadequate teaching students, inequalities in the different levels of education, lack of teacher training, all these problems create barriers for proper intellectual development of students. Interviews with teachers and student surveys were applied, since the information obtained was tabulated and turned into statistical graphs made the respective checks assumptions, conclusions and recommendations. Then the proposed intervention was performed in order to provide possible solutions to problems encountered in the school investigated. |
