| 總結: | This research was conducted along the coastal profile of the province of El Oro, aims to: Identify efficient microorganisms present in the mangrove ecosystem of the coastal profile of the province of El Oro determine their biological relationship with the various coastal areas of the province of El Oro. In the assessment of bacteria in water samples were detected in total aerobic most in the P4 followed by P1, P2 and P3 and P5 lesser amount, for fungi, yeasts were detected in greater proportion in point three, As for the bacilli were detected in the first three points in as many others followed by sampling points. In the assessment of bacteria from soil samples were detected in total aerobic P3 and P5 in greater numbers followed by P4 and find fewer PI and P2, for fungi and yeasts were detected more often in P1 and P3 P5; in amounts found to P2 and P4, as to the bacilli was detected in much followed P2 and P4 P3. For the assessment of bacteria from mangrove benthos samples were detected in total aerobic more abundant at P5 followed by others, for fungi, yeasts were detected in greater amounts in P2, P3, P4 and P5, for the bacilli were detected most in P1 and P3 P5 followed by a lesser amount found at P2 and P4. The results of microbiological analysis of water sample reported the preponderance of Gram negative and Gram-positive bacteria lesser extent. Microbiological analysis of soil sample resulted in the preponderance positive and Gram lesser extent Gram negative bacteria. The microbiological analysis of samples of mangrove benthos was detected only majority Gram-negative bacteria and to a lesser extent Gram-positive bacteria. The results of samples taken from the benthos probiotics craft of mangrove roots was detected majority of Gram-negative bacteria and to a lesser extent Gram-positive bacteria. The biochemical identification of bacteria resulted in the preponderance of Burkholderia cepacia and Shewanella putrefaciens followed by Vibrio alginolyticus. |
