The above related to the degree of neighborhood needs met, such as utilities and neighborhood infrastructure that have neighborhoods, sample deficiency neighborhood organizations to meet their objective, which is to seek social development for sector.El trabajo investigativo presentado en este documento, denominado “LA ORGANIZACION BARRIAL EN LA DOTACION DE LOS SERVICIOS BASICOS EN EL BARRIO LOS CEIBOS CANTON MACHALA 2013” presenta un análisis de las organizaciones barriales del área urbana de Machala; analizando en este, el estado legal de las organizaciones, como el porcentaje de organizaciones con vida jurídica y la proporción de directivas barriales que se encuentran asentadas legalmente en el MIES. Así también estudia los factores como: La participación de los habitantes, el apoyo que reciben las organizaciones barriales de parte de organizaciones gubernamentales como MIES o Municipio y la unidad entre los miembros de las organizaciones.
