Sumari:Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) every day need to increase their competitiveness in the market and attract customers, so they see the need to engage in new communication technologies, invest large amounts of money on equipment and applications and take a highly significant budget for activities not related to their core business. To minimize costs in hardware and applications, SMEs hire computer services to outside companies, and the idea came to think of Cloud Computing. The cloud is vulnerable, for that reason this paper analyzes the possibility of setting up a business model to provide high quality services considering levels (Service Level Agreement) and SLO (Service Level Objective), legal vulnerabilities that are submitted when hiring a cloud service also, it contributes to the study of various models and services offered by this technology
