The theoretical approach that underpinned the research is the structural model, which focuses on repairing family dysfunctionalities where hierarchy and roles are not clear due to conflict, reorganizing family members to generate change. The study was carried out with a teenager from a tax school in the city of Machala, province of El Oro, who was reported to the DECE department for marijuana use. It was done under the mixed methodology, which allows analyzing and collecting data through the narrative and descriptive study, obtaining information through interviews, questionnaires, clinical history and the family genogram that facilitated the collection of data referring to the object of study, thus Individual, family and social spheres. |
