Add Tag | Summary: | The present investigation work has more than enough Brucellosis in Bovine it was made in the Municipal Camal of Pasaje between the months of August and October of the 2005. The number of investigated samples was of 500 animals of which 450 were of females and 50 of bovine males. The tests of Laboratory were carried out in the laboratory of microbiology of the Ability of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Machala, by means of the method sero-agglutination (Cart-test). Of a total of 500 animals investigated, it was determined 3 positive cases giving 0.6% of prevalencia of bovine Brucellosis there being you opposing the alone illness in females of the races Brahman and Mestiza of ages understood among the 2 to 5 years coming from the cantons Balao (Guayas) and Santa Rosa (El Oro). |
