The tests of Laboratory were carried out in the laboratory of microbiology of the Ability of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Machala, by means of the method sero-agglutination (Cart-test). Of a total of 500 animals investigated, it was determined 3 positive cases giving 0.6% of prevalencia of bovine Brucellosis there being you opposing the alone illness in females of the races Brahman and Mestiza of ages understood among the 2 to 5 years coming from the cantons Balao (Guayas) and Santa Rosa (El Oro). |
