Add Tag | Summary: | The present investigation carries out the analysis and the evaluation of the labor risk in relation to notifications of adverse events in the emergency area of the Teófilo Dávila hospital. It is known that at the hospital level there are a number of risks to the staff at work, even more so in the Emergency area, however due to the magnitude of the demand or the insufficient time, we assume that not all events are recorded As it should be. This creates a bias around the reality that we perceive as there is no evidence to give us accurate information. Leaving then the possibility of interventions that are poorly programmed or inconvenient. A cross-sectional, cross-sectional analytical research was carried out, for which an interview and survey was carried out on both medical and nursing personnel working in the emergency area. Once the data were tabulated, the results were expressed in five statistical tables with their respective interpretation. Finally, the conclusions reached with this study were presented, the general and specific objectives were answered and the recommendations for improvement were presented.
