He was carried out the inspection of the animal slaughter, so much of the tongue as of the esophagus, which were despostados in the Municipal abattoir of the Canton Santa Rosa. 502 were inspected bovine, from October 7 up to November 19 the 2004, in which he was made the inspected macroscópica of the tongue and esophagus that gave 7.97% of presence of lingual ulcer as a result for sarcocistosis and in the esophagus he was not any case. Individual data of the such inspected animals were written down as: sex, age, race and origin. |
