Samenvatting:In the Farm "Santa Inés" of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences at the Technical University of Machala, the field test on the production of pepper variety Long Irazu was held in the context of organic fertilization Humus, Compost, Bokashi and foliar spray Enerplant, in which the following objectives: 1. To determine the effect of organic fertilization bioestimulantes associated with the production and quality of pepper; 2. Conduct an economic analysis of treatments applied depending on the dose used. The study area according to the records of INAMHI has an average annual temperature of 25 ° C, an average annual rainfall of 500 mm. Treatments formulated in this research were: T1. Vermicompost + Enerplant, T2. Leachate worm + Enerplant, T3. Compost + Enerplant, T4. + Enerplant compost leachate, T5. Bokashi + Enerplant, T6. Leaching Bokashi + Enerplant and T7. Witness chemical fertilizers, these were assigned to field plots arranged in randomized blocks with four replications. The agronomic and economic variables studied were, plant height at 30, 60 days to flowering and fruiting, fruit number per plant, diameter, length of the fruit, fruit weight, yield per hectare, production costs and profitability. The fruit yield exceeded 24 ton / ha equivalent to 752 bags of 70 pounds with a benefit / cost ratio of 1.46 which corresponded to the level of fertility Vermicompost + Enerplant. The Compost and lexiviado not give satisfactory results, generating economic losses; With leaching Bokashi + Enerplant gave a better production rate and generated returns in terms of a small farmer who manages its resources in production.
