Sc. Joseph Mendieta Toledo. The thesis divided into five chapters in order to make it more understandable and manageable for understanding and learning. In the first, we refer to the research problem, where we state the problem, justification, objectives and hypotheses that propose to develop research. In the second we develop the theoretical framework that is conceptual, doctrinal or historical, where we reflected the concepts, doctrines on which I base my thesis. Then we refer to the legal framework, which records the legal constitutional, human rights and dealing with the subject investigated and the contextual framework where time and space delimited where we develop this work. In the third chapter we discuss the methodology and analysis of field work in which are the result of surveys and interviews developed. The fourth chapter we refer to the conclusions and recommendations which we then development of our research. In the fifth chapter we develop a legal proposal which arrived after the doctrinaire theoretical work and field research developed in this research. |
