The purpose of a business incubator is not to rent, lease or sublet spaces. It must be pointed out that the reason for existing of these business incubators is to collaborate in the growth of companies and that the Incubators are successful as long as they achieve that their incubadas grow and acquire the skills required to compete in the market and later , Act autonomously. In addition the fundamental tools were offering to themselves for fojar attitudes and entrepreneurs' aptitudes in the gone away ones from the careers of the Academic Unit of Managerial Sciences of the Technical University of Machala and other persons who even have not carried out a project or idea of business, it is for it that this offer is a fundamental alternative for the economic and industrial local and national development. Objectives: to realize a diagnosis of the needs that have the students and the population of the canton Machala as for services of a company that allows them to develop his projects and business ideas, to determine the basic requirements for the functioning of an incubator of companies in Machala's Technical University, to design a model of incubation of companies and to realize the respective evaluation of the results, to execute a plan of training on the operative management of the projects and to determine the impact that they have in the economic and social environment. |
