| الملخص: | Analysis and Evaluation System existing Drinking Water Survey and Design Sanitary Sewer and Stormwater sector South Upper and Lower between Matilde Hidalgo and Limoncito belonging to the canton Zaruma, El Oro province, the project is framed in the Unified text Secondary environmental legislation (TULAS) and related laws to this study, it contains the field information, analysis and evaluation of environmental impacts and the environmental Management Plan in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Environment of Ecuador (MAE) , which aims to ensure that the project is economically viable, socially acceptable and environmentally sustainable in the short, medium and long term, as well as recommend measures for prevention, mitigation and compensation for any adverse impact to cause the construction of the System Sanitary sewer and Storm for the Heritage town of Zaruma. The project is to conduct a thorough examination to the water system of the city of Zaruma, to propose study and design of sewerage for Sector South High and Low, the same that will benefit 809 inhabitants of the urban part of the city where the screening starts at Matilde Hidalgo to Limoncito, same as until now do not have this health service, thereby preventing easily spread diseases, environmental pollution and poverty. The presentation of the current report aims to improve the quality of life of zarumeños, preserving their environmental heritage as are the sources of fresh water, flora and fauna of the area, so a broad campaign of observations and measurements are designed in sections project study, which included sampling of field and information processing and analysis of the results obtained with the support of specialists in areas such as Civil Engineering, Architecture, Geology and Geotechnics, Biology, Hydrology and Hydraulics, traffic and Transportation, Socioeconomics and Environmental Engineering. |
