| Zusammenfassung: | In the fram La Tadeo located on the campus San Vicente, El Guabo Canton, just 2 km of the road The Guabo - Guayaquil, province of El Oro, the research was conducted to study the effects of phytohormones on root development and production of conventional bananas. The objectives were to establish the action of plant growth regulators on root mass increase in the cultivation of bananas, by applying three sets of regulators, auxins, gibberellins and cytokinins, determine the appropriate regulatory performance in growing banana, and establish crop management costs. The area had an average annual temperature of 26 ° C with an annual precipitation of 427 mm and a relative humidity of 84%. According to the Holdridge classification and the ecological map of Ecuador Life zone corresponds to a tropical dry forest (bms-T). The five treatments were arranged based on a design with plots in randomized block design with subsampling and four replications, totaling 20 plots, within which are five sub-samples to evaluate the effects of the applied products. The mathematical model is represented by the least squares equation: Yijk = u + Bj + Ti + Sijk Teijo. The hormone treatments were: T1 auxin (hormonagro) 0.5 g / l, T2 gibberellin (gibberellin 10%) 0.3 g / l, T3 cytokinin (cytokines) 1.0 ml / l, 1.5 ml T4 multihormonas / l, and absolute control T5. The variables investigated were: Height of the banana plant at the time of calving, pseudostem perimeter, leaf size, number of leaves per child, number of roots per plant, root length, root color, days to calving, days to harvest, bunch size, bunch weight, number of hands, weight and performance hands in boxes of 10 bunches harvested and packed averages for each repetition per treatment and determined the cost of production. The injection application of phytohormones to young plants, power root growth increased nutrient absorption, resulting in improved plant architecture and productivity, the application of auxin, gibberellin and cytokinin positively influence the sturdiness of the plants, occurring in the thickening of the pseudostem, leaf growth and development of the cluster. The multihormonas, the dose applied to the plant did not produce satisfactory results, reaching the level hierarchically absolute control. The productivity of plants increased with the application of gibberellins, which was the better performance on cluster growth, weight and production traits in general. The biggest bunch weight as that of 1 and hand 2 hand, corresponded to T2, gibberellin dose of 0.3 g / liter. The best hand weights 1 and 2 were obtained with the T2, T2 gibberellins, auxin and T3, cytokinin. The application by injection of plant hormones, especially gibberellins and Cytokinins possible to raise the productivity of plants, generating superior returns compared with the control. |
