| Shrnutí: | This paper describes coping strategies and assumptions concerning the psychoenergetical regulation. Coping is defined according to Lazarus and Folkman (1984) as "those cognitive and behavioral constantly changing internal efforts that are developed to handle specific external demands and / or are assessed as excess or overflowing of the individual's resources" Reich (1973) mentions that people react adversely when a neurotic disorder that threatens the equilibrium of his armor appears. The shell hinders the flow of energy that produces experiencing strong emotions, being a limiting factor in the expression of feelings. By not fully express the emotions their removal impossible, since according to the statement made by Reich, an emotion is released only if experienced across the spectrum. Boadella (1987) said that most people who have some kind of mismatch live as if they were in a permanent state of urgency, and that can only have a rational and healthy interaction with his surroundings if they make changes for the improvement of the nascent state of chronic stress. The regulation psychoenergetical looking through breathing and visualization, channeling these repressed aspects in the life of the subject for subsequent release, which will contribute to coping with stress, through the knowledge and conscious mastery of these mental and physiological processes. |
