总结:The objective of this research was to Diagnose Canine Parvovirus by Elisa Test in the Veterinary of Santa Rosa city, El Oro province, in order to determine the prevalence of canine parvovirus in this city in the analysis, in which inhumanity was evident performed. In this research consist standards and documented procedures to adequately control of our pets. Using statistical methods, the percentages of the main relationships of prevalence according to race, sex, age and origin were known. This research was conducted from December 2013 to May 2014 with the following objectives: 1. Diagnosing canine parvovirus in animals with gastroenteric problems attending different veterinary clinics in the city of Santa Rosa with by ELISA (kit fast CPV / CCV Ag test Anigen). 2. Determine the percentage of canine parvovirus by race, age, gender and origin of the infected animals. 3. Develop an epidemiological map of the canine parvovirus according to the place of origin of positive animals. A sample of 100 suspects canine parvovirus dogs that were taken from different clinics in the city of Santa Rosa, considering sex, race, age and origin was investigated. The method used was the rapid test CPC / CCV Ag Anigen, where the prevalence of 19% was obtained.
