Resumo:More and more scientific evidence linking a suitable lifestyle with the improvement in the quality of it. Physical activity programs should be incorporated into the daily tasks of anyone but especially to the elderly population. Incorporating multidimensional activities that seek improvements in physiological, emotional, and psychological capacities. Physical exercise has an effect on delaying systems involution of these considerably, preventing disease and helping to maintain the motor independence and their social, emotional and economic benefits.
