Análisis jurídico de la responsabilidad penal frente al maltrato físico de los animales domésticos, en relación con otras legislaciones, en la ciudad de Machala, en el año 2013.

This paper titled "Legal analysis of criminal responsibility to the physical abuse of domestic animals, in connection with other legislation, in the city of Machala, in 2013" includes a serious social problem that crosses our city of Machala because there are people who threaten the integrity of pets without the authorities in power do something about it, this research topic is comprised of the following chapters: Chapter I and II comprising the starter of research here begin with the proposed objectives, the particular and central hypothesis, research thus will shift according to topic. This chapter is called as a theoretical framework, here the main concepts and citations of the main laws relating to the research topic are released. Chapter III and IV: It is referred to as the backbone of research, this chapter is responsible for processing the information by applying different techniques and research methods, the data is processed through tables and are presented in statistical tables, watching her percentages which will draw the respective conclusions and demonstration of assumptions to arrive at a legal solution. Chapter IV This chapter is the essence of all investigated in three chapters, according to the requirement that a legal solution will be fought with a proposal to reform or legal proposal will apply.
