Exploración de los estados financieros y su afectación en la toma de decisiones de la empresa Topsy.

The purpose of the present investigation is to determine the financial situation of the company, to obtain qualitative, quantitative and specific information of the previous and present background, which will allow to verify how the best decisions in the financial role can be made to establish if it is feasible or not take a new dimension, due to this alternative the analysis is argued for an economic advance, the objectives that are pursued are aimed at determining the financial situation, checking the efficiency of the company using the information of the latest financial statements to realize an Appropriate decision making, its specific objectives in turn, has to do with the verification of whether the financial statements in your problem affect the decision making; analyzing the financial statements to define the acceptance index in the decision making process from a financial perspective and finally recommending how to make appropriate decisions based on the results found; the procedure used consisted of gathering the pertinent information of the financial statements of the company, which validates its objectivity, it continues with the synthesis of the data contained in the reports to apply the techniques of financial analysis such as vertical, horizontal analysis and indicators; In the applied methodology it is highlighted that the field research because the financial statements are real and their contribution will be effective for the organization that works as an object of study, and that will be analyzed to know if economic situation and based on it take measures to improve the business horizon in the short and long term; documentary bibliography, since its use allows the search in scientific presentations, books and other sources of literature that is required to substantiate the quantitative practical part, when making a financial analysis to the states presented by the company under study, it is necessary to use mathematical calculations to express objectively by values and percentages the situation of the company, the most relevant results is that the company is liquid in the two periods subject to evaluation if all its current assets are taken into account, but it does not have enough available or cash to start their obligations immediately, the indebtedness of the company decreases from 2015 to 2016, also subtracting the business risk of not being able to cancel the commitments made with third parties, their levels of profitability is something that should draw attention of administrators, because only in year 2 015 is that a profit is obtained for the year, with a loss for 2016, which suggests that the staff has not been able to take advantage of the advantages offered by the market by being able to significantly increase sales levels in 2015 to 2016, because its main conclusions are that the company despite being liquid is losing its capacity to generate wealth since in 2016 there is a loss of the year, even with the significant increase in sales.
