| Özet: | The globalized society at present promulgates a series of stereotypes and at the same time tries to condition the thought, the concept and ideals of the beauty, although it is certain, the ideal of the beautiful according to the philosophy and the classic thought of Plantón and Aristotle was based By canons, which today have full force. However the media and transnational companies through great marketing and advertising campaigns spread new types, and beauty prototypes, their only interest is to promote and sell their products in any way. In this same strategy we are sold the idea of the beautiful through the use of the stylized body, slender and proportionate, as a model to be followed by the consumer society; That is to say, the body is considered an object of consumption, therefore it is against the very identity of the individual and the society where we live. Before that, it is proposed to produce a series of photographs, sketches and drawings, alluding to the human figure, in order to establish a set of images, which will express a critical approximation in the artistic proposal The body as an object of consumption, stereotypes vs. reality. Contemporary artistic production, using an initial rotoscopy, to become a video art. In the search for references to try to conceptualize the artistic object has been found with proposals that incorporate in their work questions about the body's function in art, and how it becomes a container of meanings beyond just being an object of representation. From a historical perspective the fundamental references of the present investigation are found in the 80's in artistic practices of Pipilotti Rist, who from the feminine investigates in areas such as advertising, television, performing settings where the viewer can feel comfortable to To delight in the reality of exploitation to which the image of the woman is exposed. From another and with temporal distances we find activism as art in the actions of the Guerrilla Girls 1989-2012, who directly question the use and abuse of the image of women in art and as a consequence in society itself. Undoubtedly, artistic movements at the international level have influenced both theoretical and technical transformations at the local level, Jenny Jaramillo is one of the artists experimented with new media such as video art, Performance and facilities, from a younger generation we find Saskia Calderón who Allows production to flow in an area where video, music, performance and theatricality merge, to achieve sensory experiences that provoke social debates. It is important from this perspective to recognize that in our context the artistic dynamics are moving thanks to the experiences that have been developing the young artists who are born in the arts career of the Technical University of Machala, who contribute to the transformation of the collective imagination around To art and its different disciplines. For the present research two methodological techniques were applied: the deductive and inductive, the same ones that gave the guidelines for the investigation, also it was of documentary bibliographic type for the use of bibliographic archives. |
