You muestrearon 50 mollusks of each area and it extracted the stomach content, which was diluted in distilled water and observed to the microscope for the qualitative analysis and for the quantitative analysis you uses the camera of Neuwaber. The results establish the presence of 26 phytoplankton species, in the four areas of study object. The biggest cellular concentration was in the area of Pto. Bolívar (3'210.000Cél/ml). As long as the smallest concentration corresponds the area of Pto. Jelí (2'330.000Cél/ml). |
