Resumo:Identify the emotional reactions expressed in the first phase of denial of the mourning, this is the goal that you are looking for in the analysis of case, is based on the theoretical foundations that are involved in obtaining a knowledge suitable in accordance with the duel and its first phase of denial, here emphasizes the mechanisms of defense, to the rejection of the spontaneous abortion loss, establishing the therapeutic process, in patients that were difficulty completing the process of mourning, such as the free association of ideas and proclaims the emotional support as primary basis considering it as a valuable asset. It was also used the methodology of qualitative research of a descriptive type that is based on a structure that reflects the problem to be studied, we used inductive methods, comparative and biographical, implemented to obtain data of real testimony, experiences, events, to identify, emotional reactions, of the first phase of mourning as disbelief, anger, resentment, guilt, a feeling of disbelief, physical and psychological pain of the two cases. The essential techniques or instruments such as the interview, observation and psychological testing, intervened as elements to address the past and present of the patients, is handling the observation sheet, to evaluate the expression both mimic as physical. Presents the discussion of results, with psychological tools evidence confirming the psychological impact on the first phase of denial of mourning. Concluding that before a traumatic event are activated elements called defense mechanisms listed as one of the major denial, known as a state of shock prevention that oppose arises as a transparent wall to cushion the pain intensity, and it is recommended that the therapist intervene effectively with the psychological power of preference for obtaining favorable results, and to stress the emotional support, to ensure that the patient will feel supported, motivated and safe that will conclude with success the phase of denial of mourning.
