While process control is done with purely operational purposes, it is always possible to capture and store information. To determine this it was necessary to interview the administrative staff of the company, techniques was used as the Fishbone diagram, Swot Matrix requirement, so this task is undertaken by addressing the issue from the changes in the area of warehouses until production area, resulting in the implementation of software in different departments (Central Office - Bodegas), aided of skilled human work, effective to acquire unique data and identify the most salient production. |
