總結:The present work about three varieties of lettuce in the system hydroponic NFT low winter quarters was carried out in the experimental farm Santa Ines of the Faculty of Farming Sciences of the Technical University of Machala, located in the parish the Cambio of the Machala. Test how objectives: 1. To determine the behavior of the varieties of lettuce by means of technique NFT; 2. To establish the economic benefit in the production of leaf lettuce. Three varieties of lettuce were used: Amorix, Crufia and Colombix, with a distance of sowing of 0.20 ms between row and 0,20m between plant. The used experimental design was the completely random one, with three treatments and seven repetitions, for the comparative results of the averages was used the test of Tuckey to 5% of probability. The following variables were evaluated: Height of plant, I number of leaf, length by root, the fresh of aerial part, long and wide weight of leaf to the harvest. Of the obtained results I conclude the following thing: the variety that adapted better to system NFT it was Crufia. The amount of solution mother To and B used throughout the period of culture was of 2.13 liters and 0.85 liters respectively. The amount of water used during all the period of culture was of 2.08 liters/plants. On the basis of the production costs one settled down that the Crufia variety has a yield of $ 0,55 by each plant. The high temperatures superior to 30ºC they influenced in the varieties of lettuce used in the test, causing a loss of turgencia in the leaves. To greater temperature of the water the percentage of oxygen dissolved of he himself diminishes.
